• 3-Month Movement/Body Awareness Fellowship 
• Meet weekly (Every Saturday) at 9am PST
• Somatic Alchemy and Integration on Wednesdays at 7am PST
• Course Content released weekly with theory and application 
• Access to Britt + Elisha’s Classes through Daily Ritual
• Students can present questions by Thursday before to have them addressed in the next group session
• 3 Modules: each module broken down into 4 weeks/4 “parts”
• 6 month access to Re|Source: a movement teachers community and resource space
