• 3 days of farm to table meals prepared with love: on day of arrival: one dinner, on Saturday and Sunday breakfast and dinner, on day of departure: one breakfast
• all my love in the form of delicious movement practices, conscious connected breathwork, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance party, genuine connection, all the nature!

OPTION: there is one "glamping tent" that sleeps 4. Let me know if you are interested in this instead of bringing your own camping gear! 

Please note:

• This is an off grid location. There are no hook ups. 
• Showers... Don't really exist, but swimming holes do! 
• There will be 2 meals per day (breakfast + dinner) + refreshments, please bring more food if you feel like you will need extra! 
• No pets allowed, just to keep all animals on the property and your own pet safe! 
• You are welcome to bring your tent-trailer, but again- there are no hook ups. 
• You will need all your own camping gear, clothing for all weather possibilities, a yoga mat, and a blanket for breathing. If you are traveling from out of town, let me know and I can try to support with some things if needed!
• Option: you are welcome to attend both weekends!!
• If you do: You are welcome to stay on the land in the middle, if you like! Please inquire for extra stay camping rates!
