The living body is not fixed. It is dynamic, responsive, emergent—always in relationship with what is within and around, with what is above and below.

We are continually self-emerging, self-organizing, self-adapting, self-regulating, self-evolving, self-realizing.

At Daily Ritual, we practice in relationship with this aliveness. Rather than imposing a fixed form upon the body, we explore movement as a living conversation—cultivating sensation, adaptability, curiosity, strength, and an ever-deepening relationship with the intelligence of the body.

Movement is the nature of the living body.

Live classes are offered when my schedule and capacity allow. They’re an optional invitation and a gift of the membership- a way to practice together in real time online and cultivate the community we love. They are not a guaranteed weekly offering, but available when I am available. Sign up is 24 hours in advance.

All Sunday class proceeds will go fully and directly to an animal rescue of choice.
