I can't wait to spend next summer (2027) together exploring JOY BODY—an embodied philosophy for an exquisite life.

Together, we'll move, breathe, reflect, laugh, and reconnect with the extraordinary experience of being alive. We'll explore the Architecture of Aliveness, cultivate greater coherence with ourselves, our bodies, our hearts, and life itself, and discover what becomes possible when we begin to consciously participate in our lives.

JOY is our innate state- it is our natural expression when we live in congruence and coherence with our true selves!
