Guided by the celestial arc from New Moon to Full Moon, and anchored in the sensory wisdom of somatic movement, breathwork, and plant rituals, this journey is an invitation to come home — to the wild ecology within and around you.

from the grounded bloom of Taurus to the airy dance of Gemini.

☉ Taurus Season invites us to root down, slow our pace, and awaken the senses. It’s a time of embodied presence — to feel the earth beneath our feet, the breath in our belly, the beauty all around us.

☉ Gemini Season brings a breath of fresh air — curiosity, movement, and expression. It’s playful and light, opening the lungs and voice, guiding us to explore, connect, and share from the heart.

Your enrollment includes full access to the 6-week Kinship immersion:

• 6 weekly Somatic Movement Classes (live + recorded)

  • Each movement class will be held on Tuesdays at 10am PST
  • DATES: April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27, June 3
  • Movement offerings will be attuned to the solar seasons: Taurus & Gemini

• 2 Full Moon Breathwork Ceremonies (conscious connected breathwork)

  • Each full moon breath will be held on Sundays at 11am PST pre-full-moon
  • DATES: May 11 + June 8 (to close the container)
  • Guided breath journeys to release, soften, and open to the breath of belonging

• 2 New Moon Plant Immersions (learn about + build relationship with our plant allies)

  • Each new moon plant immersion will be held on Sunday at 11am PST pre-new-moon
  • DATES: April 27 (to open the container) + May 25
  •  Somatic connection with one plant ally per moon cycle — through ritual, meditation, and interconnection

• 1 Plant Ally Focus per Moon Cycle (2 total)
