As the days get shorter and colder, it feels right to come together to light up and stoke our inner embers- warming from the inside out. 

Join me to move, breathe, feel, and be... A day of connection, delicious body love from movement to conscious connected breath ceremony...

We will end the day playing in a stove heated sauna and cold immersion (pond dips... YESSS)...

Our beautiful angel: Adrienne of Grow Wild is going to cook us up a delicious, warm, and  nourishing feast to ground and leave us feeling so full. 

This day will be beautiful, of course. Rain or shine- it feels like the perfect way to spend a Saturday.
