ೃ⁀➷ New Moon in Capricorn .ೃ࿐
Capricorn of structures, foundation, commitment, and internal, intuitive knowing... Who here feels a pull to pivot or to try something new, go a different direction?
The Moon trines Uranus... Calling us to take a chance, move intuitively toward something different... If not now, then when?
And, the Moon squares the nodes... Here we revisit the places we are compromising ourselves for the sake of another... And, asks us to get back into alignment with North star, integrity, and true heart direction.
Responsibility comes with sacrifice. What stays and what goes. Often, in order to step into your highest timeline you have to expand beyond everyone's comfort zones, including your own. But... To be who you are in this lifetime- there is a responsibility to take BE that. What is it?
Beyond disappointing others... Beyond feeling the weight of expectation... If you didn't have to consider anything or anyone else- what are you here to BE and to do?
And... Are you brave enough, courageous enough to step forward into that role.
A high ask... To step forth on your light path.
But.
Capricorn suggests it's time, for this Moon- how are you here to make a difference, what are you here to shine?
There is a beautiful energy about this moon- while requiring discipline and perseverance (Capricorn and Saturn would have it no other way)... With these attributes we are supported to move towards our dreams, to change things up, and to create new systems and structures to support our next steps, movements, and years.
So, this moon holds some weight. While we don't need to act on anything... An internal alchemy is occurring. Where are you going? What do you truly want? And, do you sense and feel that it will go the distance with you?
Capricorn is here for the long game.
It's ok to choose something new. It's ok to decide to go a different direction.
Trust what you feel. That internal Knowing is wise beyond measure. If only you will listen to it's call.
So much support here in this Moon. Plant seeds and create plans. Write them down. Speak them to yourself. Envision them.
This is a full year of dynamic movement, transformation, and change.

- Dyads - inspired communication about pertinent topics

- Conscious Connected Breathwork - clear vision and releasing medicine
- Integration circle, sharing, space - because connection is everything & we learn through our reflection of each other

All of the plants we will be working with are nervines, that is- repairing, restorative, and regulating to the nervous system.
Throughout the 8 week journey, you will build a collection and a relationship with 8 different plants. It is my hope that you generate nourishing relationships that will help you to regulate your nervous system and aid in your well-being. Plant allies - to have and to hold... To cherish and behold.
Beyond our plant teachers, you will build a foundation of somatic practices that guide you toward presence and embodiment, attunement to sensing and feeling, and overall body-mind intelligence.
