Unity Consciousness: We Are ONE

I have this idea in my heart… And, I am not the only one.

This idea that… we are one. But more than just that, we are part of the living organism that is our mama earth. We are part of her ecosystem, like a cell is to our human body.

We are like her eyes and her heart… seeing and feeling through her universal consciousness.

There is a magical thing that happens when we start to operate from this understanding, this unity collective consciousness… We all start to connect more, care more, feel more, and understand that- what I do to you, I do to me. When we operate from a place of innate connection, we begin to understand that we are not separated from each other. We use our minds to distinguish and separate, to create our dualistic world for the purpose of understanding, but beyond our minds tools for separation and distinction, we are not disconnected. We are moving as one, as part of the same expanded consciousness and being.

When we operate from this knowing, our hearts grow softer, we begin to find more compassion, love, and acceptance for all that is- and we realize that our mind made differences are merely illusions created to help us understand what is often times incomprehensible.

Coming back to love, connection, and care… We are one. What I do to me, I do to you. What I do to you, I do to me.

May we begin to operate from this beautiful sense of unity, for the sake and safety of our collective heart and being.
