Perhaps one of the greatest stigmas and disservice's to our body is the collapse, contraction, and shortening of the belly (and neck). Culturally and societally, it has been supported: knit in your ribs, suck in your belly- but the detrimental impacts this has had on our postural health, vital organ health, breath capacity, sexual liberation and potency, and emotional and life force expression has beenĀ profound and far-reaching, leading to a generation grappling with chronic discomfort, diminished lung function, and a stifled ability to communicate and express themselves fully. By reimagining and prioritizing natural alignment and mindful movement, we can enhance our physical wellbeing, reduce the risk of injury, and improve overall quality of life.
